The Transition Difference

Transition with Confidence. Grow with Convergence.

At Convergence Financial, we know that building the practice you’ve always envisioned begins with one critical step: a seamless transition. Moving your business to a new platform means new systems, policies, and processes—all of which lay the foundation for your future growth and success. That’s why we’ve designed a transition experience that is second to none.

Our six-week transition plan provides clarity, structure, and confidence every step of the way. You’ll know exactly what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and whether it’s on your plate or ours. From day one, you’ll be paired with a dedicated transition consultant who will be your single point of contact. They’ll guide you through paperwork, scheduling, and preparation, while also being available to answer any questions along the way.

With Convergence Financial, the transition isn’t just a process—it’s the launchpad for the next chapter of your practice. Schedule a call to learn more about the transition process.

Then, you’ll work together to create a detailed timeline for transitioning, paperwork processing times, and an expected start date.

We’ve got a plan for every step

Transition

You’ll have an onsite team member to assist with paperwork generation, processing, and NIGO resolution while you meet and have conversations with your clients. The home office team will be at your disposal for any training on new software and paperwork processes.

Post-Transition

After onboarding is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to determine how you’d like to run your practice and decide which new opportunities you can explore. Our compliance team will help you keep track of regulatory tasks and policies, and the operations team is available to help servicce clients in any way you need.
